Distance contract
When you place your order with us you are entering a contract subject to the following terms and conditions:
In exchange for your received payment we will provide you with your chosen goods within 30 days unless we inform you otherwise.
After receiving your order we will send you a confirmation of accepting your order by email (if supplied). We reserve the right not to accept an order for any reason.
Returns
You may cancel your order for a full refund before we dispatch your goods. Cancellation has to be made in writing and send by post or email.
After receiving the goods you are entitled a period of 7 working days in which you can cancel your purchase. You must inform us of your cancellation in writing. Upon receiving the goods back in unused condition we will refund the cost of the goods excluding the handling and shipping costs.
If we find that we have sent you a defective product we will refund the shipping and handling costs as well.
We shall not be liable if we are prevented or delayed in performing our obligations due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.
Warranty
In the event of a defective product in material or workmanship our liability is limited to the replacement of the same product.
Except for the replacement of a defective product and for liability which we cannot by law restrict or exclude, we shall have no liability to you or any third party for any direct, special, indirect, consequential or incidental damages, exemplary or lost profits, or any other damages of any kind.
Law
If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful it will not affect the validity of the rest of this contract.
This contract is effectively made in the United Kingdom and should be governed by English Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be subject to the Terms and Conditions in force at the time you place your order with us.
